Arizona Burger

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Add pizzazz to your burger with fire-roasted tomatoes, zesty cheese and sliced avocado. For a vegan sandwich, omit the cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1MorningStar Farms® Meat Lovers Burger (1/4 pound)
  • 1slice (1 oz.) Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1Arnold® Potato Hamburger Roll, split
  • 3thin slices avocado
  • 2tablespoons drained Ro-Tel® Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1/4teaspoon Cholula® Green Pepper Hot Sauce

Directions

  • 1. Prepare burger according to package directions. Add cheese slice to burger. Continue cooking just until cheese starts to melt.
  • 2. Place burger on roll bottom. Top with avocado and tomatoes. Sprinkle with hot sauce. Add roll top.
Yield: 1 sandwich; 1 serving (1 serving = 1 sandwich)

Low Country Bold BBQ Burger

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • It’s hard to beat the satisfaction of a grilled burger brushed with spicy sauce, then topped with cheese and crispy fried onions. For a vegan sandwich, omit the cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1tablespoon Hunt’s® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 1/2teaspoons Cholula® Hot Sauce
  • 1MorningStar Farms® Meat Lovers Vegan Burger (1/4 pound)
  • 1slice (1 oz.) aged sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1Arnold® Potato Hamburger Roll, split
  • 2tablespoons crispy French-fried onions

Directions

  • 1. In small bowl stir together ketchup and hot sauce.
  • 2. Preheat grill over medium heat. Place frozen burger on grill. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot through, turning halfway through grilling time. Brush burger generously with ketchup mixture and add cheese slice during the last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking.
  • 3. Serve burger in roll along with onions.
Yield: 1 sandwich; 1 serving (1 serving = 1 sandwich)

PBR Beer Cheese Burger

  • Prep Time: 25 minutes
  • Sharp cheddar cheese and beer make a delicious sauce to serve over your favorite burgers. For a vegan sandwich, omit the cheese fondue and add a slice of vegan cheese.

Ingredients

Pabst Blue Ribbon® Beer Cheese Fondue

  • 1/2cup Pabst Blue Ribbon® Beer
  • 3tablespoons whole milk
  • 1tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2teaspoon Gulden’s® Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1/4teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4teaspoon Cholula® Hot Sauce
  • 1cup (4 oz.) shredded cheese

Sandwich

  • 1MorningStar Farms® Meat Lovers Vegan Burger (1/4 pound)
  • 2tablespoons drained Ro-Tel® Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
  • 1Arnold® Potato Hamburger Roll, split

Directions

  • 1. For cheese fondue, in small saucepan combine beer, milk, cornstarch, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Gradually stir in cheese, a little at a time, until melted.
  • 2. Prepare burger according to package directions.
  • 3. Place burger on roll bottom. Top with 2 tablespoons of the cheese fondue and tomatoes. Add roll top. (Serve remaining cheese sauce with bread or fresh vegetables for dipping.)

The BC Burger (Bacon, Cheese)

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes
  • Classic burger toppings of smooth gooey cheese, veggie bacon strips, crisp pickles, sweet ketchup and spicy mustard top this vegetarian sandwich. For a vegan sandwich, omit the veggie bacon strips and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1MorningStar Farms® Veggie Lovers Vegan Burger (1/4 pound)
  • 1slice (1 oz.) American cheese
  • 2MorningStar Farms® Veggie Bacon Strips
  • 1Arnold® Potato Hamburger Roll, split
  • 4very thin lengthwise slices Hamburger Dill Pickles
  • 2teaspoons Hunt’s® Tomato Ketchup
  • 2teaspoons Gulden’s® Spicy Brown Mustard

Directions

  • 1. Prepare burger according to package directions. Add cheese slice to burger. Continue cooking just until cheese starts to melt.
  • 2. Prepare veggie bacon strips according to package directions.
  • 3. Place burger on roll bottom. Top with bacon strips. Place pickles, ketchup and mustard on top. Add roll top.

Mediterranean Burger

  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes
  • Eliminate the ho-hum of backyard barbecues with these veggie burgers topped with refreshing Tzatziki. For a vegan sandwich, omit the Tzatziki sauce and add slices of fresh cucumber, a sprinkling of fresh dill weed and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.

Ingredients

Tzatziki

  • 1/2cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2cup seeded and finely chopped cucumber
  • 1/3cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4cup sour cream
  • 2tablespoons chopped fresh dill weed
  • 1 1/2tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1tablespoon olive oil
  • 2teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1teaspoon chopped fresh chives

Sandwich

  • 1MorningStar Farms® Veggie Lovers Vegan Burger (1/4 pound)
  • 1/4cup baby arugula
  • 1Arnold® Potato Hamburger Roll, split
  • 2thin slices tomato

Directions

  • 1. For Tzatziki, in small bowl stir together yogurt, cucumber, red onion, sour cream, dill weed, lime juice, oil, parsley and chives. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour before using.
  • 2. Prepare burger according to package directions.
  • 3. Place arugula and burger on roll bottom. Top with tomato slices and 2 tablespoons of the Tzatziki. Add roll top. (Serve remaining Tzatziki on cold cuts or crackers.)

Spicy Hawaiian Burger

Ingredients

  • 1tablespoon Hunt’s® Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 1/2teaspoons Cholula® Hot Sauce
  • 1MorningStar Farms® Veggie Lovers Vegan Burger (1/4 pound)
  • 1drained Dole® Pineapple slice
  • 2small leaves butter lettuce
  • 1Arnold® Potato Hamburger Roll, split

Directions

  • 1. In small bowl stir together ketchup and hot sauce.
  • 2. Preheat grill over medium heat. Place frozen burger on grill. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until hot through, turning halfway through grilling time. Add pineapple slice to grill during the last 2 minutes of grilling. Brush burger and pineapple generously with ketchup mixture during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  • 3. Serve burger, pineapple and lettuce in hamburger roll.
